Home Delivered Meals Program

The “Meals on Wheels” program is provided to Senior Adults ages 60 and older. The purpose of HDM meals is to increase or maintain the well-being and self-sufficiency of the elderly who are unable to prepare meals for themselves or leave their home to participate in congregate meals (see below). The program provides hot, nutritious meals prepared and delivered at home by the Senior Center located at Casa Primavera.

CPLC also offers congregate meals to low income Senior Adults ages 60+ who are residents at Casa De Primavera Senior Center. This program provides senior adults who are unable to prepare meals for themselves or who prefer to eat in the company of others while eating a hot and nutritious meal.
