Contact our offices for any immigration process you do not see on this list. CPLC Family Immigration Services is committed to providing quality, affordable, accurate, timely, and personalized services to meet your immigration needs.
“No matter how hard or complicated your situation is, they will help you.”
Only a licensed attorney or a BIA-accredited individual can provide you with legal advice on your immigration case. Notaries and Certified Legal Document Preparers are not allowed to provide legal advice, and those offering advice may be a scam. Stay safe and speak to an accredited professional. You can find a list of accredited organizations and individuals here.
Currently, CPLC does not offer representation for cases in immigration court. If you are facing deportation or another immigration court matter, you must seek counsel from an attorney. You can find a list of immigration attorneys at: www.Aila.org.
As part of the National Immigrant Empowerment Project through a grant from the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC), CPLC Family Immigration Services is working to promote immigrant integration into our society and communities. Immigration is a dynamic, two-way process in which newcomers and the receiving society work together to build secure, vibrant and cohesive communities.
By working with our clients and the local community, we want to help identify barriers that prevent immigrants from fully integrating into society and work together at the grassroots level to address these efforts and seek long-term solutions.
We partner with the Working Group to Reduce Poverty in Tucson and the Immigrant Empowerment Task Force to address structural causes of poverty and raise awareness of the importance of immigrants in our community.
Are you a migrant? (regardless of status, or how long you have been in the country). We would like to know your opinion about the problems/issues that most affect you and your community. Please take a moment to take the following the survey (about 5 minutes):
