If a loan with us is not possible, we provide you access to purchase mortgage loan options through our broker partners. And, if you are an eligible borrower, you are not required to participate in a mortgage insurance loan program—meaning fewer fees for you!

The AIH Program offers up to $30,000 in financial assistance when you purchase a home in Arizona. We’re offering this assistance as a silent second mortgage due upon sale. The funds can be used to cover your down payment, closing costs, and/or interest rate buydown.
To qualify, your total income must be less than 120% the Area Median Income (AMI) and you cannot have owned a property within the past three years.
In addition, you must attend an 8-hour homebuyer education class and meet one-on-one with an HUD certified Home Ownership Advisor.
